Prayer is when we offer these insights back to God. They are an acknowledgment of who God is: our holy, heavenly Father. Just as the boy calls out to his father, the father jumps to his feet and tells his son to come down immediately. What I want to do is break it down to make it more personal. After some time in the forest the father decides to sit down for a rest. He is always looking out for my good just like the father in the ancient parable. What this parable teaches is relative to our relationship with our heavenly Father. This should be a matter of choice from the patient them self as they have the right to their own Free Will! We all have this power within ourselves even if we do not believe it is so. Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God. This spiritual courtroom is about establishing, not the existence, but the consequences of undeniable sins. Lectio divina is a very helpful discipline for spiritual growth.
